Description

Robert Half, known worldwide for specialized staffing solutions, is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with a strong background in call center environments for one of our reputable clients.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries, providing product information and resolving issues in a prompt and courteous manner.

  • Process orders and transactions, maintaining high accuracy levels.

  • Document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.

  • Maintain customer databases, ensuring information accuracy.

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to meet and exceed call center performance goals.

    Requirements

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center.

  • Exceptional telephone etiquette with the ability to display patience and empathy.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with CRM systems.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
