TEKsystems Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, Indiana
Job Description:
Employees will be taking Inbound calls from Members. They will be on the phones most of the day. They will document calls into the system as they happen. Calls would include:
Assisting by looking up what their insurance may or may not cover
Issues with billing, requests for a new card
If specific products will be covered by their insurance
Updating address's in the system
Locating doctors in the network for them
Members call in and complete health screens.
Set up profiles for candidates
Assign serious issues to case managers
Preferred Qualifications
2+ year(s) working in a Call Center, preferably insurance or physician's office
Must have worked with Word, Excel, Web Based Systems.
High School Diploma or equivalent
Hours
They will be expected to spend the first 4-6 weeks ONSITE - there is a chance they can transition to WFH on the 3rd week, but is not guaranteed.
Open Availability Between 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday (Put on a Set 8-Hour Schedule)
