TEKsystems Data Entry - Team Lead in Indianapolis, Indiana
A WELL KNOWN MORTGAGE LENDER IN FISHERS, IN IS LOOKING TO BRING ON A DATA ENTRY/MAILROOM TEAM LEAD TO JOIN THEIR GROWING TEAM!
Pay: $22/hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8-5
6-Month Contracted position to start - can be extended for up to 1-year or have the opportunity to convert. Once permanent there are pay increases.
Job Description:
Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting of department volumes, production levels, quality, and efficiency.
Suggest to the management team improvements in quality, automation, cost and efficiency.
Provide quality and timely service to all internal branch and home office departments relating to file requests.
Initiate, perform, and/or oversee regular maintenance to department scanning equipment and hardware.
Participate in special projects aimed at introducing new policies and procedures, as well as projects initiated to clean up employee and system errors.
Have a thorough understanding of all department functions and be able to fill a normal production role due to high volume or staff shortage.
Act as the department contact in the absence of a supervisor; not to include resolution of personnel related issues.
Qualifications:
Must be open to up to 5-10+ hours of mandatory OT when the workload is busier, after the training period, will be flexible on how you complete the OT
2+ years of previous team lead/managerial experience required
Experience with management, loan experience, or banking are a big plus
Need to have experience leading/managing a team (prefer a team of like 5-10)
Open to lead experience from call center, banking/mortgage, retail, etc.
Experience in a production based environment with metrics/quotas is a big plus
Need to have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Looking for a upbeat personality, strong morale and experience leading reps in a high stress environment
