Are you passionate about creating positive employee experiences and supporting HR operations? As a Human Resources Representative for ASI, you’ll play a key role in maintaining effective HR practices, supporting employee engagement, and contributing to organizational success. You will work closely with HR Business Partners to resolve employee concerns and ensure smooth onboarding processes, all while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

How You'll Create Possibilities

Key Responsibilities :

  • Employee Relations/Investigations/Conflict Resolution (50%): Provide support for non-complex employee relations matters, ensuring concerns are addressed efficiently and with care.

  • New Hire Assimilation (15%): Lead onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure new employees feel welcomed and supported as they begin their journey.

  • Employee Data Management (15%): Accurately manage and update employee records, including corrective actions, salary changes, and personal data, while ensuring data integrity across HRIS systems.

  • Employee Engagement (10%): Help cultivate a positive workplace by supporting employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.

  • HR Projects & Initiatives (5%): Contribute to various HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and support overall business objectives.

  • Team Collaboration (5%): Serve as a backup to other HR team members, collaborating across departments to ensure seamless HR operations. Additional Support to HR Leadership when needed

What You'll Bring to Our Team

  • A high school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources or related fields

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • A positive, solution-oriented attitude when faced with challenges

  • Flexibility and openness to change

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and securely

Preferred Qualifications :

  • College coursework or a degree in a related field

  • 1-2 years of HR experience, particularly with employee relations

  • Experience using HRIS systems

  • Bilingual in Spanish/English

  • Experience in Human Resources within a contact center environment
