IDC Program Manager Responsibilities:
Contribute to engineering program activities from product concept to launch.
Collecting business requirements from key stakeholders and converting them to technical requirements and managing their prioritization with engineering teams.
Make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-release, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote project teams.
Develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives.
Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.
Oversee documentation effort with technical writers to ensure all necessary documentation for how to, support and troubleshooting tools are created and maintained.

Employer will accept a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Software, Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics or related field and 48 months of work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation. Experience must include 48 months of experience in the following:
- Product cycles, including functioning as a program or product manager
- Influencing stakeholders and engineers
- Adapting to new technologies and participating in design discussions
- Designing engaging user experiences
- Coordinating large-scale, cross-functional efforts that span different teams
- Developing and managing requirements, and making data-driven decisions
- Leading strategic implementation and planning for risk and growth.
Public Compensation:
$209,912/year to $252,230/year + bonus + equity + benefits
