Job Description
Perform maintenance and repairs on manufacturing machinery.
Responsibilities include analyzing and maintaining systems and equipment, performing preventative maintenance tasks to ensure continuous operation of equipment such as motors, engines, conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production machines.
Technicians will also be required to reference and interpret diagrams, operations manuals, engineering specs, sketches, or manufacturer's instructions to effectively troubleshoot and fix issues.
Qualifications
At least two years of maintenance experience in a production environment
Mechanical comprehension and functional understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical drives and motors
Electrical field device/component troubleshooting and replacement
PLC diagnostics and experience preferred
Process equipment control knowledge for troubleshooting and installations
Field service knowledge (photo eyes, smart eyes, micro switches, encoders, reed sensors, etc.)
Electromechanical troubleshooting (controls, components, control wiring diagnosis, etc.)

5:00 pm - 5:00 am
2-2-3 schedule
