Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerJob Description

We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to join our Assembly line team. This position requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to manufacturing excellence. The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing various types of industrial equipment, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems. The primary goal is to minimize downtime and ensure safe and efficient operations. This role demands a proactive approach to maintaining and improving equipment functionality, which involves diagnosing issues, performing major overhauls, and modifying equipment to enhance safety, quality, and productivity.

Must Haves:

  • Associates Degree or higher within Engineering Discipline

  • 3-6 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a Manufacturing setting

  • 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of manufacturing equipment (pneumatics, hydraulic systems on equipment)

  • Strong communication & attitude towards manufacturing environment work

  • Tooling/Fixture Design experience - Design for Manufacturing

Work Environment

  • 100% on feet within manufacturing floor setting (this is not an office job)

  • Monday through Friday, 1st Shift Role

  • 5:45 AM EST through 4:30 PM EST

  • 50 to 55 Hours Average Weekly
