Procurement Operations Analyst
The Procurement Operations Analyst oversees the daily process relating to DSSI and trains field staff on DSSI processing functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Review capital expense (CapEx) approvals in DSSI daily
Update and review capital expense (CapEx) spreadsheet daily
Provides and updates tax information for vendors, as needed
Ensures all vendors have updated facility contact information
Receive approval for requested credit applications from Procurement and then completes and submits the credit applications for new vendors
Effectively and regularly communicates to facilities regarding PO’s and invoices pending approval in DSSI
Ensures all contracts and amendments are loaded in EvisortAssist in yearly audit inquiries.
Manages the following in DSSI, including but not limited to:
Assist users with technical inquires and training
Add and maintain users
Add and maintain suppliers
Assist the Senior Manager of Procurement with special projects
Complies with the company’s privacy practices and procedures related to resident and employee records and all state and federal privacy practices and procedures related to resident and employee records and all state and federal privacy laws including HIPAA.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum High School Diploma
5+ years’ experience in business, finance, accounting or related field
