DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Your Role: Tetra Tech Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Project Administrator for our Indianapolis, IN office. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting Project Managers with administrative duties related to their selective projects.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: * Coordinate preparation, organization, tracking, and document control of multiple client deliverables according to internal and external requirements and schedules. * Assist project managers with budget tracking and other financial management tasks. * Provide editing, formatting, and other document production support. * Develop SOPs for project management processes and procedures. * Other administrative/project tasks as assigned.

Qualifications: This position requires a minimum of 5 years of professional experience. Desired skills in the ideal candidate include but are not limited to: * Must be highly motivated, customer focused, and work well in a team environment as well as independently. * Must be very detail-oriented. * Must also have the ability to manage a heavy workload and be willing to work overtime (nights and weekends) at times when needed. * Excellent communication, internal/external client interaction, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency with MS Office applications are required. * Previous experience with accounting, financial management, or graphic design a plus. * Knowledge of PowerPoint or Adobe Illustrator also a plus. * Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and peers. * Exceptional organizational skills with good judgment and follow through. * Capability to work under pressure and prioritize time effectively. * Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality especially matters concerning business and staff. * Individual drive and initiative with the aptitude to maintain under minimal supervision. * A professional disposition and a positive attitude. * Self-starter and be able to work as part of a team. * Flexible, able to immediately adapt to changing priorities. * Exceptional attention to details.

In addition: * This position requires passing a criminal background check.

Education: * Bachelor's degree in business, communication, or related field required.

Work Environment: * Regular Office/Hybrid work environment.
