Job Title: Quality Control Technician
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Type: Contract
Responsibilities
Performs repetitive testing and inspection of the company’s products using validated software.
Performs analyses finished product from other sections of manufacturing or performs investigations according to established procedures to determine conformance to acceptance specifications for a particular chemical or physical property.
Prepares instruments and apparatus according to established procedures to support the testing activities of the unit.
May be responsible for supporting customer complaint evaluations and event reporting obligations, including but not limited to product investigations, disinfection, evaluation, and preliminary failure analysis.
Performs product verifications to ensure products are qualified for production use
Performs test stand preventative maintenance procedures for the purpose of ensuring proper test stand operations
Investigational testing of production and pilot material, as needed
Performs stability testing that monitor product claims, relative to product shelf life
Requirements
Bachelors degree in technical or scientific field or equivalent experience
1+ years experience working in laboratory environment
1+ years experience working in a regulatory environment
1+ years experience with process improvement
1+ years technical or scientific experience
