System One Quality Control Technician in Indianapolis, Indiana

Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Location: Indianapolis, IN

Type: Contract

Responsibilities

  • Performs repetitive testing and inspection of the company’s products using validated software.

  • Performs analyses finished product from other sections of manufacturing or performs investigations according to established procedures to determine conformance to acceptance specifications for a particular chemical or physical property.

  • Prepares instruments and apparatus according to established procedures to support the testing activities of the unit.

  • May be responsible for supporting customer complaint evaluations and event reporting obligations, including but not limited to product investigations, disinfection, evaluation, and preliminary failure analysis.

  • Performs product verifications to ensure products are qualified for production use

  • Performs test stand preventative maintenance procedures for the purpose of ensuring proper test stand operations

  • Investigational testing of production and pilot material, as needed

  • Performs stability testing that monitor product claims, relative to product shelf life

    Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in technical or scientific field or equivalent experience

  • 1+ years experience working in laboratory environment

  • 1+ years experience working in a regulatory environment

  • 1+ years experience with process improvement

  • 1+ years technical or scientific experience
