ManpowerGroup Reach Truck Driver in Indianapolis, Indiana
Our client, a leading distribution company, is seeking a Reach Truck Operator to join their team. As a driver, you will be responsible for the safe and accurate loading and unloading of products within the distribution center. This is a contract-to-hire position for 2nd shift located in Plainfield, IN.
Job Title: Reach Truck Driver
Location: Plainfield, IN - 2nd shift - 2:15pm - 11:15pm
Pay Range: $18.75 per hour + $2 Seasonal pay
What's the Job?
Load and off-load inbound and outbound shipments utilizing the WMS.
Report discrepancies between the inventory count and shipping/receiving documents.
Ensure every effort is made to load/off-load pallets in a manner that promotes safety and impedes damage.
Locate and retrieve products as well as replenish picking locations.
Become knowledgeable of the responsibilities of the other warehouse positions. Assist as required. Act as back up at times of absence or vacation.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED, preferred.
1 year of relevant experience, required in lieu of High School Diploma or GED.
Experience with Order Pickers, Reach Trucks
Ability to obtain a forklift certification.
Ability to read and interpret distribution documents.
