About this role

Join our team as a Software Engineering Intern and contribute to the development and maintenance of software applications. In this role, you will help integrate communication between various devices, including measuring and instrumentation systems, making research and development smoother for professionals. You will also have opportunities to develop new features, assist in system upgrades, and work with both front-end and back-end components.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain software applications using JavaScript, LabVIEW and Dart/Flutter.

  • Collaborate with the team to create and implement innovative solutions.

  • Ensure smooth communication between various devices (e.g., instrumentation and measurement tools).

  • Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing existing systems.

  • Engage in research and utilize documentation to support project development.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Software Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, Data Analysis or with knowledge in LabView and JavaScript.

  • Must have an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.

  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with integrating instrumentation devices.

  • Knowledge in Flutter or Python.

  • Experience in migrating from legacy systems to modern ones.

  • Enthusiasm for learning and exploring unconventional solutions.

  • Willingness to embrace mistakes as learning opportunities.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

  • Interest in building products and contributing to the success of the team, regardless of prior experience.
