Description
We’re searching for a driven individual who can focus on governance and payment rules. Project will mainly focus on network contracting and payment configuring. When this org contracts with providers, they are bound by that contract for payment arrangements. You have to keep in mind state regulation around payment (like fee schedules). The very nature is complex, not a traditional contract. Very, very regulated environment especially around payment and bill rates and frequency of rates changing. We need to go in to see how the process looks today form the contracting all the way to payment configuration and find opportunity for improvement.
This person will analyze workflows and processes to ensure efficiency and synergies across our teams. The technology operations/process specialist should be comfortable communicating with people throughout the organization, able to identify opportunities, be agile and improvise as needed, and adept at designing future state digital processes. The ideal candidate is a natural coordinator who has a strong sense of big-picture objectives and a sharp eye for detail.
Objectives of this role
Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of specific processes
Analyze and rationalize technology used to support key processes
Maintain communication with key stakeholders, associates, and vendors to ensure alignment
Assist the Digital Solutions manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities
Required skills and qualifications
An understanding of enterprise technology stacks
Digital process redesign
Project management experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00
