Job Title: Shipping and Receiving
Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Shipping and Receiving Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of the warehouse, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining inventory control.
Responsibilities
Examine inventory coming in and out and compare with records, invoices, etc.
Verify orders and invoices for accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Prepare documents, work orders, and shipping orders to route materials.
Document and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.
Deliver or route materials to departments using work devices such as hand trucks, conveyors, or sorting bins.
Perform basic math computations as needed.
Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping, using hand tools, power tools, and postage meters.
Essential Skills
Experience with warehouse shipping and receiving
Knowledge of warehouse inventory and inventory control
Order pulling and packaging skills
Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
Forklift operation and certification or ability to train
Experience with ERP systems and data entry
Computer skills including experience with FedEx and UPS World Ship systems
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Superior organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills

Work Environment
Candidates will be working in the warehouse, which requires flexibility with warm or cool environments depending on the season. The dress code includes steel-toed boots and eyewear. The shift is 2nd Shift - 4:30 pm to 3:00 am, Monday through Thursday, technically finishing on Friday morning at 3 am. If overtime is required, it will start Friday afternoon and continue into Saturday morning.

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50
