A local financial company is seeking a Manager Trainee. The Applicant must have a High School Diploma or GED, however a college degree is preferred, but not required; must have a good credit history, outstanding customer service skills, and be willing to relocate. When a Trainee is promoted, he or she could be assigned to managed any branch of the company within the Mississippi / Louisana area. The Manager Trainee must also have superior work ethics, driven toward the successful operation of a branch through a positive attitude, and have an eagerness to acquire the necessary knowledge and ability to achieve results. The Manager Trainee will be entering a year training program to become a Branch Manager.
