What is the job about?

As a key team member, you’ll be the technical lead for the transfer of products to the full value chainwith and End to End Approachand be responsible ensuring products comply with the complete product´s design principles & requirements. All in all, ensuring robust transfer throughout the full value chain keeping the product knowledge properly documented for production and future product maintenance activities.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Ensure the new production and procurement set up meets the product ´s design requirements.

  • Ensure that the product documentation meets the requirements and the need in the end-to-end perspective.

  • Verification and validation of the product complete in the new setup including motor mechanics parts, tolerances, and system element integration.

  • Final approval of Verification of Product & Process Conformance

  • Take responsibility for part of a strategic product/technology area..

  • Mentor others and develop their professional skills.

  • Comply to mechanical or other applicable workflows.

Your background

  • Master or bachelor’s in mechanical engineering with 7-10 years of equivalent work experience

  • Knowledge about integrated product development within a large organization

  • Have experience with 3D CAD at an expert level, and knowledge about GPS.

  • Experience with V-model and sub-system verification as well as system engineering or product interface management.

  • Possess strong knowledge of best practices in relevant systems, local laws and regulations.

  • Knowledge about mechanical design principles

  • Electrical/Electronic Engineering knowledge or experience

  • Fluent in English
