What is the job about?
As a key team member, you’ll ensure development an maintenance of Motors & Hydraulic and transfer to the full value chain.
Your main responsibilities:
Proactively contribute to solve technical challenges with innovative and cost-effective solutions.
Contribute to the scrum team with an agile mind-set and a consistent attitude to solve the tasks in the sprint backlog.
Ensure that the product and component documentation meet the requirements and the needs with an end-to-end perspective.
Comply to mechanical or other applicable workflows.
Take responsibility for part of a product/technology area.
Provide substance and content within own professional field.
Develop the professional area by providing input to road map for future activities.
Develop/implement key technologies and deliver value into new product development projects.
Ensure knowledge-sharing, mentor others and develop their professional skills.
Your background
Master or bachelor’s in mechanical engineering with 5 years of equivalent work experience
Electrical/Electronic Engineering knowledge or experience would be a great advantage.
2D/3D CAD user
Advanced communication skills in English, oral as well as in writing
Open minded with drive and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and peers.
Eager to embrace opportunities, view failures as opportunities for growth, and actively seek to improve skills.
