What is the job about?

As our team member, you’ll be responsible to ensure products comply with design principles & requirements ensuring robust transfer throughout the full value chain.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Ensure the new production and procurement set up meets the mechanical design requirements

  • Verification and validation of the new setup including mechanical parts, tolerances, and system element integration

  • Ensure that component documentation meets the requirements

  • Ensure use of relevant standards including Grundfos standards

  • Ensure knowledge-sharing

  • Defining part tolerances and assist whenever there is a need for a decision on this area.

  • Supporting factory control instructions

  • Mentor others and develop their professional skills

  • Comply to mechanical or other applicable workflows.

Your background

  • Master or bachelor’s in mechanical engineering with 5 years of equivalent work experience within mechanical development

  • 2D/3D CAD advanced user

  • Structural analyses (FEA simulations)

  • Electrical/Electronic Engineering knowledge or experience

  • Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, laws and regulations for product development.

  • Open minded with drive and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and peers.

  • Eager to embrace opportunities, view failures as opportunities for growth, and actively seek to improve skills.

  • Good experience with planning own work and keep track of time spend and quality in deliveries.

  • Advanced communication skills in English, oral as well as in writing
