Boehringer Ingelheim Senior Compliance & Integrity Manager in Ingelheim, Germany

The Position

Join our dynamic Global Compliance & Integrity Animal Health team as a Senior Compliance & Integrity Manager for Animal Health! In this role, you will be the trusted compliance and integrity business partner for parts of our Animal Health business, and you will support driving and executing corporate and global compliance projects.

The Position

  • As a trusted advisor in our Animal Health Corporate Functions, your expertise in regulations, laws, and industry codes as well as your decision making will be invaluable. Your role will be pivotal in giving strategic advice to selected leadership as well as guiding interactions with our diverse Animal Health Stakeholders, from veterinarians and healthcare organizations to farmers and pet owners.

  • To find risk-based, business-centric solutions, you will collaborate with your business partners in different departments including giving strategic guidance, while keeping up relevant compliance standards. You will foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and risk management across our animal health organization.

  • You will collaborate closely with our local Compliance & Integrity teams in the countries and regions, coordinate global and local compliance and legal experts and stakeholders, and you will be pivotal in supporting the Head of Compliance & Integrity Animal Health in evolving global collaboration and harmonization.

  • Finally, you will strategically advice regarding monitoring and reporting activities as well as providing trainings to Animal Health Corporate Functions.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or equivalent (Law degree preferred but not mandatory)

  • Long-term experience as a compliance business partner or legal advisor having experience in the design and management of complex strategies.

  • Experience from a law firm or a consultancy firm is a plus. Experience with managing compliance programs within medium/big pharmaceutical companies or FMCG industry in a global context, with international responsibilities is also a plus.

  • Willingness to take over projects and responsibilities while being a strong communicator with excellent execution skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Fluency in English and possibly German, both written and spoken
