ITW Account Manager Wire Harness in Ingwiller, France

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our dedicated WH sales team in Ingwiller, France.

The successful candidate will report to EURA WH Sales Manager and will be responsible for managing the

commercial and technical sales activities for our products to our Tier customer base. There will be a

special focus on the electrification trend in the market, EV applications and wire harness business

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify 80 opportunities at OEM's and tiers related to core products, core competencies (clipping

instead of screwing).

• Work closely with senior leadership and operations; leverage local market knowledge to focus on

growing core products and introduce new ones applying an “outside in” discipline with meaningful

$/Car, value proposition and a sustainable differentiation.

• Build new business relations within the WH applications both at OEM and Tier level.

• Nurture customer relationships that provide insight and a landscape where ITW has a competitive

advantage through our “cradle to grave” project management approach.

• Perform market analysis and project acquisition (strategic focus)

Candidate Skills and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree, in Engineering or equivalent

• 2-4 years of experience in Sales, and experience from Engineering is a plus.

• Knowledge of the Automotive industry is required with a 3-5 years experience from automotive wiring or

electrical areas as a advantage.

• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external customers across multiple

regions.

• An inner drive to understand and create new business cases and win the sale.

• Possesses negotiations skills.

• Demonstrate personal effectiveness and leadership that creates a culture of high performance.

• Willing to travel, primarily domestic and EU
