The Opportunity:

Are you a strong Facility Planner with a desire to grow with a winning team? CACI has the opportunity for you! CACI has an immediate opening for a Senior Facility Planner / Programmer to join our mission critical team located in Camp Humphreys, South Korea.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions to unique security requirements inherent with US Top-Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF) and their classified operations, including classified data processing protection.

  • Management of an operational military unit/activity or civilian equivalent.

  • Will be involved with all aspects of facility operation to include but not limited to HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical operations.

  • Will support DPW or similar entities, experience is required in this area.

Qualifications:

  • US Citizen.

  • Final TS/SCI clearance is required

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, architecture, engineering, or related field from an accredited university and nine to ten years of experience in facility project planning and operations management.

  • Familiarity with all aspects of facility operation to include but not limited to HVAC, Mechanical and Electrical operations.

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to include a specific knowledge of technical military writing style and format.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$67,100-$141,000
