Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a system to account for all transactions by creating a chart of accounts and defining bookkeeping policies and procedures

• Verify, allocate, and post transactions to maintain subsidiary accounts

• Reconcile entries to balance subsidiary accounts

• Prepare a general ledger by constructing a trial balance and reconciling entries

• Compile financial reports by summarizing account information and trends

• Uphold and enforce adherence to bookkeeping laws and regulations

• Safeguard the organization's value by keeping information confidential

• Use skills in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank Reconciliations, Bookkeeping, Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, Month End Close, Payroll, and QuickBooks in daily tasks

Requirements • Possess proficiency in Bookkeeping and Data Entry

• Experienced in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Skilled in conducting Bank Reconciliations

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

• Capable of handling Month End Close processes

• Experienced in managing Payroll systems

• Knowledgeable in using QuickBooks for financial management and reporting

• Ability to uphold accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
