Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process payroll data accurately and timely
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and bill payments
  • Maintain organized financial records and assist with budgeting tasks
  • Handle human resources record-keeping, including employee onboarding and maintaining personnel files
  • Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to generate reports and track financial transactions
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and ordering supplies
  • Provide support to other team members and departments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Month end financial statements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
