Responsibilities:
- Collect and process payroll data accurately and timely
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and bill payments
- Maintain organized financial records and assist with budgeting tasks
- Handle human resources record-keeping, including employee onboarding and maintaining personnel files
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to generate reports and track financial transactions
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and ordering supplies
- Provide support to other team members and departments as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Month end financial statements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a similar capacity
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
