Requires handy man skills, basic repairs,plumbing and electrical, touch up painting , assisting housekeepers, emptying trash, hot tub maintenance and opening and closing of units. Must be organized, self motivated, and be able to work with lodging department. Also requires routine paperwork, basic computer skill,including word and excel.
