Robert Half Administrative Assistant in Irvine, California

Description We are looking for a diligent Administrative Assistant to join our team in Irvine, California. In this role, you will support senior team members in managing eCommerce and Omni-channel accounts, implementing Digital Shelf strategies, and maintaining accurate product data. This position offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where you will be part of a cross-functional team, working closely with various departments including R& D, production, creative, order management, logistics, finance, and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior team members in managing assigned eCommerce and Omni-channel accounts.

• Learn and aid in the implementation of Digital Shelf strategies on retailer websites.

• Maintain accurate product data and marketing materials.

• Monitor product performance and identify potential areas for improvement.

• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, maintaining spreadsheets, and scheduling meetings.

• Develop communication skills by interacting with internal teams across various locations.

• Assist in the creation and upload of new product listings on assigned eCommerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

• Monitor inventory levels and update product listings accordingly to prevent stock-outs or overselling.

• Participate in scheduled website audits to identify areas for improvement on assigned eCommerce platforms.

• Review product descriptions, titles, and other marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and SEO optimization.

• Monitor customer reviews and feedback, and relay any relevant information to the appropriate teams.

• Assist senior team members with other eCommerce related tasks as assigned.

• Stay updated on eCommerce trends and best practices, and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal departments such as Marketing and Product Development. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Experience with data entry and maintaining databases

• Strong customer service skills and experience handling inbound and outbound calls

• Ability to manage email correspondence effectively and professionally

• Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education or certifications in related fields preferred
