Description We are seeking an ERP Integration Manager to join our team in Irvine, California. This role primarily involves providing support for Yardi applications and handling technical enhancements. The successful candidate will work remotely and will be part of a growing team that manages customer support tickets and daily administration tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Yardi applications, including Property Management/Accounting modules

• Handle day-to-day administration tasks related to Yardi applications

• Respond to customer support tickets in a timely and efficient manner

• Implement technical enhancements to improve the functionality and efficiency of Yardi applications

• Work collaboratively with the internal Yardi Manager to manage workload and ensure all tasks are completed

• Utilize skills in Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Configuration Management, Consulting, Yardi, and Yardi Property Management

• Maintain regular communication with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and receive feedback

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose solutions

• Ensure all customer data is accurately recorded and updated in the system Requirements • Proven experience in managing ERP integrations in a corporate setting

• Proficient in Cisco Technologies

• Demonstrated knowledge of Cloud Technologies

• Familiarity with CRM platforms

• Strong database management skills

• Understanding of EO/IR systems

• Experience with AB Testing

• Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology

• Solid understanding of Business Process Functions

• Experience in Configuration Management

• Consulting skills with a customer service focus
