Customer Support & Supply Chain Representative - $50K - $55K D.O.E.

What's the job?

  • Receive, review and submit invoices and shipping docs. for importation of products.

  • Ensure the daily shipping plan is created and distributed to multiple teams nationally.

  • Manage multi-line phone, assisting with getting customers to right contacts.

  • maintain customer information in the system.

  • Ability to apply critical thinking in order to manage difficult customer situations.

What do you bring?

  • HS Diploma required, or college degree (preferred)

  • 5 years of experience in electrical and/or mechanical product knowledge or customer call center rep experience preferred.

  • Computer skills - MS Office a must and NetSuite exp. preferred.

  • Bilingual in Japanese or Spanish preferred but not required.

  • Ability to sit, stand, lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
