We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Asset Coordinator to join our Adventure Sports platform which consists of Fox Racing, Bell Helmets, Giro Sport Design, CamelBak, QuietKat Electric Bikes, Blackburn and more.

As the Digital Asset Coordinator , you will organize and deploy image/graphic files for internal and external usage on a global scale and produce progressive print & web seasonal catalogs. This position will function as the main point of contact for communication with external and related departments regarding catalog development. You will work together with various departments to produce print and digital materials according to project goals. Additionally, you will partner with the Digital team to distribute digital assets to global partners and manage assets and content in asset management programs such as WebDam, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Dynamic Media. Your tasks will involve defining and managing settings for file quality, optimization, aspect ratios and naming conventions for all digital assets and files.

This position reports to the Applications Director and is based out of our Adventure Sports headquarters in Irvine location.

As the Digital Asset Coordinator, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Work/Communicate closely with existing Design, Marketing, eCommerce, Photography (internal/external) and Product Development and Merchandising counterparts to produce progressive print & online/web seasonal catalog.

  • Develop, manage, & enforce seasonal project calendar deadlines.

  • Function as the point person of communication for all external/relative departments for print and digital catalog development; Collaborate with departments to deliver assets per project objectives.

  • Global communication of catalog objectives and assets – allocation/delivery.

  • Maintain consistent theme flow/cohesiveness throughout seasonal projects (domestic/international).

  • Oversee the planning, development, and production of product catalog from concept to delivery (strategy, orientation, work delegation).

  • manage assets and content in asset management programs such as WebDam, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Dynamic Media.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year College or university; or minimum of three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Management (People & Project) experience required.

  • Adobe In-Design, Illustrator, and Photoshop experience required.

  • Microsoft Office experience required.

  • Avatar DPS EasyCatalog necessary.

  • 2+ years of product catalog development/line sheet building (preferably in the action sports industry).

  • Knowledge of the offset printing industry/terminology.

  • Graphic production, management and organization skills required.

  • Detail oriented and organized.

  • Task oriented with a strong ability to prioritize and balance multiple/simultaneous projects.

  • Excellent time management & communication skills (written/verbal).

  • Good understanding of print production, prepress, experience with offset printing, digital production, image optimization and web design.

  • Digital photography knowledge a plus.

  • Expertise in creating/executing technical workflows within Adobe and WebDam.

  • Solid understanding of modern digital asset formats and appropriate usage.

Pay Range:

$59,800.00 - $89,600.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
