Our Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit continues to partner with cardiologists and clinical teams to transform patient care with devices supported by clinical evidence. This project manager will initiate, plan, execute, control and manage all aspects of projects to ensure ultimate project success within THV Marketing.

Develop and deploy content across channels to support our digital campaigns and strategies that drive brand value, engage existing customers, expand user base, and contribute to achieving our business goals while supporting key initiatives, product launches, and market development campaigns.

How you'll make an impact:

• Develop and lead the execution of digital touch points across the customer journey, from acquisition to retention and engagement including creating rich content for websites, display ads, and social media.

• Ensure targeted, personalized and relevant campaigns across each audiences’ journey in partnership with program / strategy leads, brand and agencies in the development of digital creative, messaging and tactics

• Develop and lead the implementation of robust email marketing (drip and nurture) campaigns (in collaboration with program / strategy leads and brand partners)

• Consult with regional marketing teams and program / strategy leads to regionalize global content, review materials and ensure a positive customer experience across all touch points, globally

• Explore and integrate innovative digital strategies and tactics in partnership with program / strategy leads (US and International)

• Lead projects tied to the creation of new digital assets, including defining requirements, gathering key stakeholder requirements, managing vendor relationship, navigating internal IT process, developing training, and executing roll-out

• Maintain and manage CMS updates for THV marketing digital infrastructure

• Partner with the therapy development marketing program analyst to develop metrics to track program effectiveness and ROI, and consequently implement program optimization recommendations to increase program effectiveness and maximize ROI

What you'll need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree with 5 years experience Digital experience in complex B2B sales processes or Technology/Medical Devices/Pharma industry Required and

Experience executing digital ads, SEM, and social media campaigns, including audience targeting Preferred

What else you'll need (Preferred):

• Ability to partner and lead agency relationships

• Substantial understanding and knowledge of requirement solicitation and consulting practices, process mapping, project management principles, and software development lifecycle

• Ability to adapt to new technologies

• Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization

• Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations

• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California, the base pay range for this position is $88,000 to $124,000 (highly experienced).
