Super Color Digital, LLC Digital Marketing Strategist Manager in Irvine, California

JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: As a Digital Marketing Strategist Manager you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our company's products and services. You will have the opportunity to utilize your creativity, analytical skills, and strategic thinking to drive business growth and increase brand awareness as well as manage team member to help drive the company’s marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends, as well as analyzing customer behavior and preferences. You will collaborate with various team members to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and events. Additionally, you will monitor and evaluate the success of marketing team members, marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and optimization. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Create compelling graphics for online marketing campaigns, including paid ads, organic social posts, email marketing, and web banners. Work with marketing to design user-friendly layouts for email campaigns, landing pages, and website updates that drive engagement and lead conversion. Design and produce video content and motion graphics for use on social media and company presentations. Create custom visual solutions tailored to specific client needs, such as branded environments, event displays, and retail signage that align with Super Color Digital’s capabilities. Develop marketing collateral for client meetings, proposals, and events, ensuring that all materials are consistent with client brand guidelines. Develop high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, presentations, trade show displays, and digital content that support Super Color Digital’s marketing strategy. Create and maintain consistency in brand identity across all digital and print platforms including social media, websites, email newsletters, brochures, and presentations. Collaborate with internal teams to design visually appealing case studies, client proposals, and pitch decks for new business opportunities. Partner with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop creative strategies that align with overall company objectives and sales goals. Assist in conducting visual research and gathering design inspiration to ensure marketing campaigns stay current with industry trends. Analyze marketing campaign performance data and adapt designs to optimize performance for future initiatives. Report on project status and provide updates to the marketing team on key deliverables. Gather and incorporate feedback from the sales team, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure designs meet marketing objectives. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure design solutions are innovative and effective. Continuously expand knowledge of digital marketing strategies, trends in graphic design, and new design software to improve the quality of marketing assets. Manage technologies related sales (ie. Salesforce and HubSpot) COMPETENCES Strong Analytical & Problem-Solving Ability Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and user experience design principles. Ability to communicate creative ideas clearly and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Driven by Quality Organizational Support Ability to take initiative. Emphasis on Teamwork and Cooperation Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns In-depth knowledge of market research, customer analysis, and marketing trends Familiar in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and social media platforms Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create engaging content across multiple platforms Experience with digital marketing techniques, including SEO, and social media advertising Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro
