Job Description
Essential Responsibilities
Manages a team of 11 – 15 direct reports in a specific sales market. Select, train, and develop personnel to optimize effectiveness
Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive organic growth and profitability as well as share and visibility in the Ultrasound Equipment Sales market Cultivating and leveraging customer relationships at the executive level
Development of long-term customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs
As a member of market leadership team, ensuring seamless teamwork with the Service and other channels to provide total customer satisfaction
Deploying resources and leading operating mechanisms to meet financial / operating objectives including orders, revenue, contribution margin, and base cost control
Ensure all direct reports have approved annual priorities and receive ongoing touchpoints and insights based on progress
Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position
Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines
Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required
Knowledge and understanding of all Global Privacy and Anti-Competition Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare HIPAA Guidelines, NEMA Regulations, etc.) and operates within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken.Knowledge and understanding of all Environmental Health Policies (including but not limited to GE Healthcare EHS Policies, GE Healthcare Fleet Rules, etc.) and operate within them to ensure that no company policy or US / Int’l Law is broken
Ownership of order and configuration quality at the point of entry to ensure accuracy, configuration integrity and that all requirements are tied to documented customer inputs
Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, work instructions, and procedures to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Quality Management System

In this role, the Ultrasound Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of 8-10 sales professionals who support General Imaging, Women's Health, Point of Care, and Cardiovascular.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalentMinimum of 8 years of consultative sales experience including strategic selling and negotiation in the healthcare industry
Strong knowledge of Ultrasound products (general imaging, point of care, women's health, and cardiovascular)
Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process
Strong communication skills to synthesize complex issues and communicate into simple messages
Willingness and ability to live and travel within your specified market.
Valid driver’s license.
Must live within Southern California

Previous experience managing sales professionals
Minimum 8 years Healthcare capital equipment sales experience
Prior experience working for a large company in a matrix environment

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $117,304.00-$175,956.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
