System One is assisting an industry leader in production of high-quality stainless steel, nickel and copper alloy forging ingots and billets within the Irvine, PA. location to find Maintenance Tech Multi Crafts.
We are looking for self-motivated problem solvers who will thrive in our fast-paced industrial environment. This client fosters a team approach to producing world class stainless steel ingots to produce critical components for the aerospace, defense, energy and automotive industries. $2,000 Hiring Sign-on Bonus!!
Payrate: $23.76/hr., PLUS incentive paid bi-weekly (avg. incentive $7.55/hour).
Rotating 12 hr. shifts, 7am-7pm
3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off (allowed to float holidays).

What You’ll Do:
Maintain, troubleshoot and perform repairs in a heavy industrial environment including but not limited to hydraulics and pneumatics, mobile equipment, electrical/electronic devices and controls, motors, overhead cranes and large production machines.
Conduct preventive maintenance.
Perform welding/fabricating.
Use hoists, cranes and hand powered tools to dismantle devices and or remove defective parts.
Determine changes in dimensional requirements of parts using ruler, calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Responsible for communicating stocking needs of parts and supplies.
What You’ll Need:
2 yr. technical certification or training in mechanical maintenance
2-4 years applicable experience in a manufacturing facility
Achieve minimum score on Multi-Craft Maintenance Skill Assessment Exam
