Irving, Texas
Contract, 40 Hours/Week
$25-$30/Hour, DOE
1 Remote Day/Week after training
Responsibilities:
Act as point of contact for the assigned commercial business accounts in regards to managing all aspects of the order management process.
Gather and analyze data in order to process error-free orders and maintain/update existing orders in a timely manner to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Provide real-time status information regarding orders to internal and external customers.
Manage a high volume of communication via emails and calls from customers and other departments quickly and accurately.
Communicate product or procedure changes to the applicable party.
Communicate, provide support and information or educate customers on choices and products.
Develop and provide internal and external departments with order information and reports as necessary or upon request.
Act as a liaison between the customer, sales, supply chain and plants to ensure that customer and product issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Process all RMAs according to policy and communicate with necessary individuals to assure timely pick up of materials.
Requirements:
Experience in building materials preferred.
Must have knowledge of ERP systems – Oracle preferred.
Must have clear, written and verbal communication skills.
