About Our Team:
The Global Network Architecture Standards Team (GNAST) within the CTI Network Services domain provides end to end governance which includes Engineering Technology Life Cycle (ETLC) certification oversight, Information Security (IS) adherence, vulnerability management, process management and cross domain collaboration. GNAST is a multifaceted team that is solution driven ensuring compliance thru streamlined processes and guidance. Our goal is to navigate through Citi processes, identify overall process improvements through automation opportunities and provide our clients with best-in-class service. GNAST is looking for someone who can multitask, handle workload with little supervision and provide solution driven recommendations.
Job Description
The Engineering Senior Data Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for a variety of engineering activities including the design, acquisition and development of hardware, software and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to ensure quality standards are being met within existing and planned frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Engineering Technology Life Cycle (ETLC) oversight. This involves ensuring all ETLC requirements and identifying gaps before solution Release for Production (RFP).
Confluence administration includes keeping confluence sites updated with current information, new sites generated.
JIRA administration as part of ETLC requires associated stories, task creation.
Maintain standard compliance as part of records management requirements.
Vulnerability management as it pertains to ETLC certifications.
Able to identify overall process improvement opportunities, reduce redundancy for the organization.
Works closely with business partners and makes recommendations on improving practices.
CTC Process Oversight and Administration.
End of Vulnerability Support (EOVS) tracking, management. Proactive review to identify gaps and identify certified replacement options.
Qualifications:
2 – 5 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrate excellent partnership and teamwork skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Works closely with business partners on deficiencies and makes recommendations on improving practices.
Proficient with JIRA, SharePoint administration.
SQL, Python, Data Analysis skills
Experience in General AI and system automation to enhance workflow efficiency as a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
