Position Summary:
Provide "World Class" support to our IS Account Customers and IS Project Managers. Assist the IS Account PM Teams with job setup, SOV creation, billing support, materials ordering, and tracking. Coordinate all aspects of installation, billing, job management, WIP management, forecast management, tracking to our forecasted revenue, assertion management, meeting the requirements of the assertion team, and PO/billing management.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, the IS Coordinator may be expected to perform some or all of the duties listed, and other duties as assigned.
Support Lead Project Managers and assigned Project Managers of the team.
Assist in the monthly project/job forecast and assertions, ensuring distribution and completion by the 7th of the month for the forecast and by the 20th for assertions, with reforecasting and driving revenue for the team.
Assist in setting up all SOVs and billing formatting, acting as the interface to the centralized billing team and the Clients Contracts Team. Ensure preapproval of all invoicing before the due date and that all Project Billings for the their assigned team are completed by the 26 th of the month.
Track POC Progress Billing to be between 5% to 10% Overbilled.
Provide necessary packing slips, photos, lien releases, or any other required documents/information to the centralized billing team to ensure prompt payment.
Track materials ordered for all assigned PMs, working with the IS ordering team to ensure timely delivery to meet forecasted revenue.
Assist in driving to the forecasted revenue (POC) and forecasting job completions (COS). Coordinators help drive to meet the forecasted revenue of the team for both POC and COS jobs.
Coordinate with IS Project Managers, local branches, and authorized subcontractors to conduct site walks and assist with the preparation of project/job paperwork (permits, contracts, schedules, Sub PO’s, etc.).
Request subcontractor quotes, issue purchase order requests, and work with Project Managers to partially or fully receive Sub/Partner purchase orders to meet forecasted revenue.
Request equipment quotes and issue equipment order requests or purchase orders on behalf of the Project Manager to the Centralized Ordering Team. Track equipment orders and source alternatives for backordered equipment.
Assist in project/job turnover meetings, job process management, adjustments, and closeouts.
Produce weekly reports on all projects/jobs to aid in forecasting and revenue management of the team.
Perform all other duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications
Knowledge:
Knowledge of Video, Access Control and Intrusion systems.
Advanced knowledge of and proficiency in using computer and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook BI) and Internet.
Knowledge of Company policies, practices, procedures, and guidelines.
Knowledge of accounting principles, WIP/POC management and practices.
Maintain a strong knowledge of industry, company operations and current systems.
Knowledge of sales, installation, billing ad monitoring systems which assist managing IS Job/Projects.
Skills:
Computer skills with expertise in work processing, preferable Microsoft Office, BI reporting, and database applications.
Self-motivated and a professional attitude.
Strong customer service skills with ability to apply tact, diplomacy, reason and logic.
Strong communication and listening skills to assist internal and external customers.

Work Environment:
This is a Work from home position.
Work hours as required to support IS Division metrics.
Minimum Qualifications:
Associates degree from a college or university and five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
High degree of knowledge of standards/practices and panels commonly used in the security industry.
