Citigroup Product- Program Readiness Manager - SVP in Irving, Texas

The Product Manager is a senior management level position responsible for setting strategy and providing direction and leadership with a heavy focus on Regulatory driven initiatives and driving execution for core programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Fosters a product vision aligned to business priorities and corresponding roadmap to delivery

  • Advanced knowledge of the Product Development and SDLC and enforces best practices

  • Establish and execute a governance framework strategy across Product with alignment to Technology for Wholesale Lending

  • Effectively partner with cross-functional teams to provide thought leadership and develop senior management reports

  • Chair and drive senior forums with big picture vision, but also able to sufficiently understand specific challenges

  • Build effective reporting to aid in communication across different stakeholders

  • Ensure key results are well defined and clearly communicated with relevant stakeholders

  • Ability to turn complex, detailed updates to management level communication statuses

  • Utilize excellent PowerPoint skills to provide effective reporting and documentation including dashboards and scorecards

  • Demonstrates ability to identify potential risk issues that need escalation and escalates them promptly

  • Develop and support performance measurement and management ranging from strategic franchise development scorecards to project/function-specific metrics

  • Proactively follows escalation and change control processes, when necessary

Qualifications:

  • 10 + years' experience with a major consulting firm, including senior engagement management roles with client assignments of significant scope in financial services

  • Experience is Credit Risk and/or Institutional Lending a plus.

  • Experience in the PDLC and SDLC including Agile project work

  • Expert in Internal Audit, internal QC or review functions

  • Previous experience working with Regulatory programs

  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to operationalize the strategy

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

  • Ability to interact with all levels of senior management; demonstrates impactful communication, influencing and facilitation skills

  • Highly motivated and self-directed; exhibits thought leadership and strong critical thinking

  • Strong attention to detail in supporting management reporting with clear and concise presentation

  • Superior Planning & Organization skills

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Experience working in a global, dynamic environment

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$144,480.00 - $216,720.00
