Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join a large Chemical Manufacturing company located in the DFW area. This is a remote position and will need to be able to start immediately. As the ServiceNow Administrator you will be responsible for the following:

• Support the team providing advisory / guidance in the development of the CMDB Schema and related Configuration Items.

• Support the team providing advisory / expertise in the design and deployment of Configuration Management processes.

• Support the team during remediation activities, supporting (using automated tools when possible) the discovery, upload, or update of data on the defined CI.

Skills and Requirements

• Knowledge of Configuration Management processes.

• Expertise in ServiceNow. Specifically on modules: CSDM, Configuration Management, Hardware Asset Management, and Software Management.

• Expertise in developing a CMDB Schema and CI to be deployed on ServiceNow.

• Expertise in the configuration of tools (ITOM) used for the discovery and data load. null
