Job Summary
To provide the HH/CHBS departments with administrative support, training coordination, data/system management and communication with the programs contracted MCO’s.

Key Responsibilities
Development and management of HH/CBHS personnel records.
Track, monitor and schedule training for HH/CBHS staff.
Track and monitor timelines for CHBS mandated reports.
Creates/Maintains CHBS records.
Liaison for MCO’s
Complete, track and obtain approval for designated services from the contracted Managed Care Companies.
Oversight for HH/CBHS program databases.
Manages internal/external correspondences.
Generate various interdepartmental/intradepartmental reports.
Maintain an orderly filing system for all departmental material.
Attends/reports/completes minutes for department and program meetings.
Perform all other related duties, tasks or special projects as required.

Minimum AA degree. BA/BS preferred.
Effective information management skills.
Experience with Manage Care Companies a plus
Computer competence with Microsoft Office including proficiency with Excel and database management.
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $20.00 - $21.97 per hour
