First Responder to job leads by calling, scheduling, and meeting with property owners to assess the damage they need restored. "Crew Chief" - Performs mitigation and remediation labor as a senior technician. Leads clients through the insurance claims filing process utilizing industry knowledge. Secures the signed job contract for UWR-LI and takes a leading role in executing clean-up to the highest standard of care. Estimates each loss by scoping and sketching with great attention to detail. Manages all assigned projects daily. Ensures effective communication among all stakeholders. Works closely with adjusters and claims reps to ensure coverage and negotiate invoices. Hiring, Training, Coaching, & Development of field technicians. Daily Scheduling and Weekly Timesheet management of production staff members. Assures timely, detailed, & accurate documentation of project scope, notes, and pictures using software system of record. Resolves any complex challenges or escalated situations that arise from daily operations. Ability to organize work for maximum efficiency and productivity. On-Call nights/weekends as the first responder, dispatcher, and/or provider of EMS services. Continued Education: Increase knowledge and skills to stimulate constant growth & improvement. Resource management and maintenance for all assets: shop, vehicles, equipment, inventory, etc. Orchestrates regular team huddles to assure staff alignment with business goals. Seeks out networking opportunities with potential referral sources and professional partners. Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics) Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
