Technical Operation Engineer – Tier 2
We are looking for a Technical Operations Engineer to join our team and to support our products.
Responsibilities:
Identifying operational problems by observing and studying the functionality and performance of the system
Providing technical assistance to customers
Identifying the root cause of the problems, find workarounds and define permanent solutions
Create, prioritize, and monitor service calls and tasks
Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal channel, examining the issue, and finding a solution while ensuring a reasonable response time
Report issues and work closely with the technical team to resolve complex issues quickly and efficiently, as well as help prioritize fixes to ensure customer satisfaction
Clear communication with customers and other internal teams about issues affecting their service
Effectively ensure that issues are resolved

Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to details
Passion for customer service and helping others
SQL knowledge – Advantage
High level English – Reading, writing, and speaking
