Costco Wholesale Corporation is seeking an Engineer -- ServiceNow for its Issaquah, Washington office.
Job Duties: Design, develop, configure, test, implement, and maintain Costco's Integrated IT Management platform (ServiceNow aka "CARTS"). Provide daily support of the ServiceNow platform, including script development, configuration, integration, and administration. Perform appropriate QA activities such as writing unit tests and performing functional tests. Determine scope, estimate work effort and duration of development activities. Design solutions to meet business requirements. Create and maintain API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services. Monitor health and usage of the application. Participate in design and code reviews. Respond to requests and provide incident resolution. Generate reports and KPI analysis as needed. Telecommuting permitted.
Minimum requirements: Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Plus one year of experience in: Architecting and designing applications in ServiceNow; Third-Party integrations with ServiceNow; Java Scripts and HTML; and SOAP and REST Web Services.
In lieu of a Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus one year of experience in: Architecting and designing applications in ServiceNow; Third-Party integrations with ServiceNow; Java Scripts and HTML; and SOAP and REST Web Services, employer will accept three years of experience in: Architecting and designing applications in ServiceNow; Third-Party integrations with ServiceNow; Java Scripts and HTML; and SOAP and REST Web Services.
