• 5+ years experience in a international project environment context within which, projects were defined and budgeted, assessed and implemented (entire project lifecycle) with PMI certification

Position Summary :

Joining Nestlé Purina Petcare bEurope, it is being part of the First Center of expertise in the Food industry, an inclusive community, supportive and virtuous. You will find respect and consideration to develop yourself at different level.

As a Engineering Project manager, you lead project execution and coordinate contribution of all stakeholders (from project brief until agreed sustained performance is achieved) by managing a cross-functional team whose objective is to oversee the capital investments relating to the company's fixed assets. This could involve the relocation and optimizing of the existing fixed asset base and/or the purchase of new fixed assets. It must extend from the initial conceptual studies through to project closeout

A day in the life of a :

• Fulfill Project Brief project chater and PMP and manage the gate principle

• Organize project execution and manage budget above 20 Mchf

• Mobilize resources (internal & external)

• Trigger steering committee (alert)

• Develop and evaluate team members

• Manage and coach project team

• Control project communication

• Manage interactions outside Nestlé

• Master degree in Engineering

• 5 years experience in a international project environment context within which, projects were defined and budgeted, assessed and implemented (entire project lifecycle) with PMI certification

• Experience in capital Investment projects management in food industry with experience of managing project with success around 15 Mchf

• Ability to translate engineering knowledge into a fully compliant operation

• Ability to communicate in English.

• Mobility across Europe is mandatory

• Good communication skills

• Willingness to accept change and the ability to manage it. Continuous Improvement mindset.
