Essential Responsibilities:
Demonstrate leadership and accountability in REACh programs.
Solve problems, develop and execute REACh program objectives,
Contribute short-term and some long-term business goals for REACh compliance program
Requirements:
Experience on REACh regulation and development projects (TRL approach)
Demonstrated autonomous Project Management skills with the ability to plan, communicate, execute, control, document and close tasks, projects, programs
Accountable for the program goals, metrics, and performance indicators. Responsible to continuously improve current state of the program’s deliverables and outcomes
Solid knowledge of surface related phenomena, aviation chemicals and qualification testing
Experienced on corrosion preventive coating processes used in Aviation Industry such as painting, plating, anodizing, etc.
Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and / or tasks consistent with Engineering policies and procedures
Strong and effective cross-functional teaming, coordination, and communication skills
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering from an accredited college or university
Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering
