Description

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be required to ensure the best seller experience for our vendors in Turkey. You will be responsible for tracking and providing updates on shipments from our Fulfilment centers back to the vendors. You will be responsible for providing updates and deep dives on issues related to seller experience in terms of delivery times and shipment conditions.

Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the Network Losses in the 3PL transportation network in Turkey by providing data points on sources of network of losses and tracking actions for reducing Losses through our last mile.

Candidates must be independent and flexible, with solid communication skills, and a strong customer focus with analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.

Candidates should have knowledge of the local logistics and with preferable experience working with logistics in the last mile deliveries.

Key job responsibilities

The Candidate responsibilities are:

• Daily tracking of the shipment picked by carrier through dashboards in Turkey for Vendor Returns

• Daily tracking of the metrics related to delivering shipments in Turkey for Vendor Returns

• Maintain record of the proof of delivery and proof of handover for shipments, and be able to leverage our existing systems for full traceability of shipments.

• Resolving tickets raised for inquiring about missed shipments.

• Visit our fulfilment centers to solve issues related to the handover of shipment to vendors.

• from time to time, visit our 3PL logistics service providers to ensure they are compliant with our handling and storage requirements.

• Support Network losses program for 3PL by reviewing and analyzing data related to damages and losses across Turkey.

About the team

3PL team is the team that manages the following scope:

1) Last mile delivery and customer returns in MENA by 3PL.

2) Cross boundaries delivery in MENA.

3) Vendor Returns from Fulfilment centers to Vendors.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Istanbul, TUR

Basic Qualifications

Excellent English written and basic verbal communication skills

Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience in logistics and last mile deliveries

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain / logistics or a relevant field

Logical thinker and able to perform the review process and solve problem efficiently

Good communication skills to work with different cross functional teams
