Job Description
Maintains kitchen work areas and Restaurant equipment and Utensils in clean and orderly condition.
Is aware of and abides by all hotel policies, procedures & relevant legislations
Ensures all directions are followed out at the request of any level of Senior Management.
Maintain the highest standard of food product, storage and handling procedures and kitchen sanitation.
Maintains China, Glass and Silver cleanliness, transport and handling standards.
Scrapes food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
Qualifications
Previous experience in the hospitality required
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
