Responsibilities include:
Manage, train, monitor, and coach Team/Crew Members, Carhops, and Skating Carhops
Direct and assign employees to ensure operational standards are met
Adhere to and monitor employee compliance with company policies
Perform opening and closing duties
Monitor staffing levels, inventory, and food cost control
Complete weekly inventory
Assist in administrative duties and documentation
Reinforce a customer service mentality among employees
Respond promptly and respectfully to guest requests and complaints
