Crews Chemicals Chemical Cleaning Technician in Jackson, Alabama
Crews Chemicals is a family-owned business located in Rome, Ga. We manufacture industrial cleaning chemicals, specifically for the Pulp and Paper Industry, as well as provide cleaning maintenance service for paper machines. We have part-time positions available for Cleaning Technicians in the Jackson, AL area. These individuals would report to the Jackson, AL Account Manager. These individuals would be responsible for leading teams during chemical cleaning and ensuring that the customer's needs are met and maintaining a safe, clean environment. Lodging and food while traveling will be covered.
This is a labor base job. Must be acclimated to hot and wet conditions and able to use a high pressure water hose.
Qualifications: Experience working in a paper mill is not required but preferred Able to speak with customers to determine schedules, needs, opportunities, concerns, etc. Very professional and organized Self-Starter/self-motivated Must follow specific safety protocols regarding Personal Protective Equipment, mill site safety, chemical handling safety, etc Able to lift 50 lbs Positive attitude, results/solution driven Willing to work hard and get hands dirty Open and willing to take direction and instruction to learn our business and how we operate
