Job Summary:
As a member and representative of the GTLC Retail Leadership Team, this position will play a crucial and cross-functional role between data entry and retail accounting and as a front-line liaison and office manager for the Retail Team. The Retail Administrator will work closely with the Buying Team and Accounting Teams to ensure payments are made timely, and inventory is received accurately. While in-season the Retail Administrator will strengthen communication with store locations, and other internal stakeholders while handling the bulk of customer correspondence and ship-out transactions and tracking.

Job Responsibilities:
Accounting Administration: Supports order process including purchase order creation, order verification, distributions, purchase order receiving into inventory, and payment with direction from the buying team. Administrator will own invoice management and Retail weekly upload and work with the Retail Accountant to resolve Accounts Payable and balance sheet variances. Maintains items in inventory/POS system including vendor creation, item setup, pricing, and reporting as needed. Works directly with buyers on any order issues, merchandise transfers, or price changes. Manages and tracks interdepartmental transfers and fulfilment. Support end of season inventory data entry and accuracy.
Retail Office Manager: purchase office supplies for office and store locations as needed. Keep office neat and tidy and trash, recycling, composting. Assist in guest communications and phone orders; Assist in customer ship-outs; Maintain retail group email account and field emails as appropriate. General filing, answering phone, scanning and office management.
Support store operations as needed as an in-season liaison and communicator with store managers, run reporting and distribute. Coordinate training documents and tracking, collaborate with store management to identify skill gaps and operational challenges that can be addressed through training. Monitor adherence to departmental standards and facilitate corrective training as needed. Work closely with operational and merchandising teams to align training programs with organizational goals.
Attend Retail Leadership weekly meetings and other meetings as appropriate.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience
Minimum 1 year working in a retail environment, either in store or warehouse
At least 1-year supervisory experience preferred
Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, Word, and Outlook. Prior Retail POS experience is highly recommended
Must be able to write and speak English
PeopleSoft, Osprey Host & POS, Coupa, Wyoming Game & Fish POS terminals

The expected pay range is 20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
