Production Technician
$18/hr. + $1/hr. Attendance Bonus!
1st Shift : 6am-2:30pm - no shift premium/ 2nd Shift: $18/HR Plus a $3 per hour shift premium/
3rd Shift: $18/HR Plus a $1.50 per hour shift premium
Aventure Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Production Technician to join the team in Jackson, MN! If you are interested in agriculture and have a desire to learn and grow with a company, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of tasks associated with the general plant and warehouse operations.
Use of automation and computerized systems to perform work tasks.
Perform warehouse activities.
Drive forklift.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Valid Driver's License required.
Experience driving a forklift is a plus but not required
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and work in all weather conditions.
General Knowledge of agriculture practices
