Aerotek is hiring Facilities Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Electrical: To be able to change out lighting, outlets, troubleshoot electrical problems.

Mechanical: To be able to change out pumps, piping, valves, drill and tap holes, anchor items. (e.g. Air compressor repair, Cooling tower repair, Heating and cooling unit, Fire systems).

Plumbing : To repair toilets and urinals, Repair work on lift stations & cooling towers, Chemical line repair.

Quality checks: Water, PH, Chlorine, Air compressor, switch gear, Chemical checks, Fire system.

PM: Cooling tower, MVR, boiler, lift station, bathroom, HVAC, HVU, vacuum filter, water systems.

Office suite: Sheet rock repair, painting, flooring, ceiling tile, lighting repair and replacement, remodel, desk repair, chair repair, signs, doors.

Computer Skills: Excel, word, power point, smart sheet and Maximo (i.e. Be able to write instructions, Complete work orders).

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Pay: $30-$32

Shift:

Weekend shift

1 position - 1st shift weekend - 7 am - 7 pm Friday - Sunday

1 position - 3rd shift weekend - 7pm - 7 am Friday - Sunday

** Must be available train on weekday shift Monday - Friday 7 - 4:30 (and OT as needed) for approx. 3-4 months before moving to assigned shift -

Additionally, flexibility is a MUST - this role will need to be flexible to cover for vacations and time off - manager mentioned it would be 2-3 times per year as needed.

3rd shift

Monday - Thursday night shift (4 - 10-hour shifts) 8 pm - 6:30 am Monday night - Thursday night - off Friday - Sunday

** Must be available train on weekday shift Monday - Friday 7 - 4:30 (and OT as needed) for approx. 3-4 months before moving to assigned shift -

Additionally, flexibility is a MUST - this role will need to be flexible to cover for vacations and time off - manager mentioned it would be 2-3 times per year as needed.
